The location is very convenient, especially for those traveling early, as I couldn't access breakfast before my event. Although there was a lack of water bottles in the room, my experience was pleasant overall.

Convenient for onward travel.
Reception could have shown at least a welcome with a smile.

Clean place & outstandingly accommodating and super friendly staff on the Reception Desk. Great and decent location near medieval Waterford, trolley being moved at 6am, and the bus stations and the train stations, so close to Rice Bridge. Also, to city highlights.

This was a very spacious modern hotel, location was excellent bar staff and reception were more than helpful
One evening the bar was taken over by a gathering of people with downs syndrome. There should have been an alternative bar/lounge for residents

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent staff, (reception, bar, restaurant), lovely meal.. what a lovely break..The central location allowed us to visit, Waterford crystal, Bishops palace, the Christ Church Cathedral exhibition, Dunmore East and Kite design, enjoy a lovely evening meal and have a relaxing couple of drinks, no fuss no rushing... even the bus journey to dunmore East was a pleasure, with a very pleasant and friendly driver,.... felt like one of the locals!!!
